Hi, I’m Natasha Founder of Sana Soul Coaching, Naturopathic Health Coach & Certified Pilates Instructor

I specialise in supporting busy professional women who are struggling with chronic inflammation symptoms, including persistent fatigue, joint pain, digestive discomfort, and ongoing bloating.

Many of my clients are successful, capable women managing demanding careers while quietly battling low energy, discomfort, and inflammatory-related health issues. They are used to pushing through, but deep down, they know something isn’t right.

Why This Work Is Personal To Me

My journey into natural health began as a personal pursuit. Living with sickle cell has shaped my understanding of the body’s complexity, resilience, and ability to heal when supported in the right environment.

Navigating life with a chronic condition opened my eyes to the power of integrative and preventative health practices. Over the years, I’ve combined movement, nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and naturopathic principles to support not only my own wellbeing, but also that of family, friends, and clients.

This lived experience allows me to coach with both clinical knowledge and genuine empathy.
